Cable Guide Arm
Part No: 630
Adjustable mounting arm allows 4 different positions of installation for easy payout. Hot dip galvanized and durable design suitable for spring driven cable reels and motorized cable reels.

Roller Guide
Part No: 631
Our roller guides ensure smooth and precise cable winding on the drum. The rollers minimize friction, reduce cable wear, and extend service life by keeping the cable aligned during operation. The roller guide can also be positioned away from the drum, providing flexibility for different installation requirements.

Mounting Bracket
Part No: 640
Preferred in areas with limited mounting space, such as transfer car. Optional for all models. Can be mounted with bolts or welding.
Suitable for Ø360mm to 800mm

Cable Grip
Part No: 697
Cable Grips are a simple yet effective way to protect your cables from stress and premature wear. By relieving the tension at termination points, they ensure your cables last longer and perform reliably. Installation is easy—just attach the grip eye to an eye bolt or U-bolt, leaving a small loop in the cable to absorb movement. They are particularly valuable in reel applications, where cables are constantly pulled, stretched, and rewound. Whether for power or data lines, cable grips add an extra level of safety, flexibility, and durability to your system.

Swing Bracket – 180°
Part No:
Swing Bracket is an optional mounting accessory for MAKOMAK cable reels, designed for wall or column installation. When mounted with a swing bracket, the reel can rotate 90° to the right and 90° to the left, providing a total of 180° rotation, allowing the cable to follow the working direction without tension or misalignment.
This flexibility not only improves operator safety and comfort but also reduces unnecessary strain on the cable, extending its service life.
The swing bracket is built for durability, easy installation, and smooth rotation, making it ideal for dynamic workplaces where cable reels must adapt to changing directions.

Rotation Mount – 340°
Part No:
The swivel base allows the reel to rotate smoothly up to 340 degrees from left to right, providing greater flexibility in cable management. Designed for durability, it is field-installed by bolting directly to the reel’s base, ensuring a secure and stable connection. This feature not only reduces cable stress during operation but also improves accessibility and ease of use in dynamic applications.

Rotation Mount – 360°
Part No:
The swivel base provides a full 360-degree rotation, allowing the reel to turn freely in any direction for maximum flexibility. By bolting securely to the reel’s base during installation, it delivers a stable and durable connection that ensures smooth operation even in demanding environments. This design minimizes cable wear, enhances operator convenience, and makes it ideal for applications where unrestricted movement and ease of access are essential.

Cable Stopper
Part No: 698
Cable stoppers, sometimes called end stops or bumper fittings, are essential safety components for spring-driven cable reels. They serve as a physical limit that prevents the cable from fully retracting into the reel drum.
Cable stoppers define the end position of the cable during extension and retraction, while also protecting mounted accessories such as hand lamps, plug boxes, or connectors from being pulled inside the reel. In addition, this ensures operator safety by keeping the cable end easily accessible.
Cable stoppers are particularly important in manual lift and drag operations where the user frequently pulls and releases the cable. By acting as a buffer, they help maintain correct retraction length and reduce wear on both the cable and the reel.

Stainless Steel Control Panel
Part No: 803
The stainless steel control panel is specially designed to provide reliable operation and protection for motor-driven cable reels used in harsh and demanding environments. With its robust, corrosion-resistant structure, it offers long-term durability against humidity, dust, and chemical exposure.
This panel is widely used in marine environments, ports, food industry facilities, chemical plants, and heavy industrial applications, where hygiene, safety, and endurance are essential. When paired with a motor-driven cable reel, it ensures safe, efficient, and continuous operation even under extreme weather or working conditions.
Its IP-rated stainless steel housing guarantees protection against water and contaminants, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. The stainless steel control panel provides outstanding reliability and performance for motor-driven cable reel systems operating in the most challenging industrial environments.
